What is myMASC?

Producers registered for myMASC can do the following online:

  • Add or Delete land to your AgriInsurance contract.
  • Complete Seeded Acreage Reports and Harvested Production Reports.
  • Complete prior years grain inventory report.
  • Apply for Hail Insurance and register hail claims.
  • View and print the status of claims to see the amount of the claim and monitor the payment process.
  • Apply for direct deposits of claim payments to your preferred bank account.
  • View and print Confirmations of Insurance to review insured land, probable yields, dollar values and coverage levels, etc.
  • View and print Crop Management History to see crops grown, varieties used, seeding dates, and average yields on a per legal basis from the past five years.
  • View and print Statements of Insurance to confirm coverage by crop and legal land description.
  • View and print Statements of Account.
  • Access a calculator to review Crop Coverage Plus scenarios.
  • View and print AgriStability Acreage Information and Crop Inventory Valuation.
  • View loan details, including approved amounts, interest rates, current principal balances and accrued interest.
  • View pre-authorized payment information.
  • View historical loan transaction information.
  • View security held for each loan.

Computer Requirements

  • To access myMASC, you must have a valid email address (this can be set up with your Internet service provider).

Who can register for myMASC?

  • You must have an active MASC AgriInsurance contract (excluding landlords) or MASC loan to sign up with myMASC.

How do I register for myMASC?

  • Contact MASC in person, by phone, or email.

What happens after I register for myMASC?

After registering for myMASC:

  1. Your email address will be your username.
  2. You will receive an email with a verification code.
  3. Enter this verification code into myMASC to confirm your account.
  4. You will receive a copy of the MASC Online Remote Access Agreement

After you verify your account, you will be prompted to reset your password. Contact MASC if you are unable to set up your password.


How do I sign in to myMASC?

  1. Go to www.masc.mb.ca and click the 'myMASC' link (at top of page)
  2. On the sign-in page, enter your email address and password and click the ‘Sign In’ button

Is the myMASC site secure?

MASC takes online security very seriously and provides a safe Internet environment for producers. However, the producer is responsible for keeping their identification and password confidential and should not share them with anyone.

If you think the security of your account is compromised, change your password immediately. Registration for myMASC can be cancelled at any time by contacting MASC.

Note: Producers are responsible for any and all transactions completed over the Internet.


myMASC Direct Deposits for Insurance

  • Direct Deposits are available to MASC clients who have myMASC access and an active insurance contract (landlords are not eligible).
  • Direct Deposits are free of charge to use for any MASC eligible client.
  • Direct Deposits can be used with any type of financial account - chequing, savings, etc.
  • MASC will only deposit insurance-related funds for claim indemnities into your account.
    • MASC will NOT remove funds from your account to pay premiums.

To register for MASC Direct Deposits:

  • Visit www.masc.mb.ca and sign in to your myMASC account.
  • Four pieces of information are required:
    • your 3-digit financial institution code;
    • your institution’s 5-digit transit number;
    • your account number; and
    • the name on the account.

    This information can be found at the bottom of your personal or business cheque, or directly from your financial institution.
