Verify an Adjustor

Your safety and trust matter to us. Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation (MASC) has introduced enhanced identification measures for all field adjustors to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients. If you’ve been visited by someone claiming to be an MASC adjustor, please review this information to confirm their identity and understand our adjusting process.

What to Expect

All authorized MASC adjustors carry an official MASC photo ID badge and lanyard, clearly identifying their name and title.

Adjustors may visit your property to inspect insured acres, assess damages, or follow up on a claim. If you ever feel uncertain, you can use the information on this page to verify their identity or contact us directly.

How to Verify an Adjustor

  1. Check the Name and Photo – Confirm that the name and photo on the ID badge match the person at your door.
  2. Scan the QR Code – You’ve already done this! You’re on the right page to verify their affiliation.
  3. Contact Us to Confirm – If you’d like added peace of mind, call our office at 1-833-206-0457. We can quickly verify whether the individual is a current MASC employee.

Our Commitment to You

MASC adjustors are trained to respect your time, land, and privacy. We will never show up unannounced without a valid reason tied to your insurance coverage or application. If something feels off, we encourage you to reach out.

Suspicious Activity

If someone is posing as an MASC employee or if you suspect fraudulent activity, please:

  • Contact your local RCMP department
  • Report the incident to MASC at 1-833-206-0457

Your report helps keep Manitoba’s farming communities safe.
