Comprehensive Refinancing Loans
At MASC, the appreciation of your patronage goes beyond the signature of your loan agreement. MASC strives for the success of farmers like you in rural Manitoba, and recognizes that financial hardships are sometimes unavoidable.
MASC's Comprehensive Refinancing program assists existing MASC clients who are experiencing financial difficulties. Loans may be approved in conjunction with other debt restructuring using MASC's Direct Loans.
The process associated with Comprehensive Refinancing may include consultations with the Manitoba Farm Mediation Board and/or the federal Farm Debt Mediation Service.

Eligibility
Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants for the Comprehensive Refinancing program are existing clients who are experiencing financial difficulty.
Applicants must personally operate the farm to which the loan applies, and the farm must be considered potentially viable and meet security requirements.

Interest Rate
Eligible applicants of the Comprehensive Refinancing program can select any MASC fixed term at the posted rate for that term.
